DELIVERY: Ordered items are despatched by first class post within two working days of receipt of order.
CANCELLATION: An order which has not yet entered the despatch process can be cancelled.
RETURNS: You may return a product in its original condition , with seals and packaging intact, within ten days of receipt.
REFUNDS: We will issue a full refund for cancellations and returns within two working days.
FAULTY ITEMS: If you receive a product that is defective or has been damaged in the post, please contact us as quickly as possible, and we will arrange for replacement.
CURRENCY: We can accept payment in any currency, but the converted amount must equal the amount shown on the web site in the sales currency.
EXPORT RESTRICTIONS: The service web site is for national markets. We can supply to any EU location, but if outside the zone of the web site, there may in some cases be a postage differential. Please contact us. |
